Ordering
Who can order?
Toe Ring Wholesale sells to retailers: boutiques, gift shops, salons, fair and market vendors, and online sellers. Create an account to shop, and email a copy of your resale permit to chapman@chapmanjewelry.com at the time of your first order.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes, $200 per order.
What is the best way to start?
Our wholesale kits bundle best-selling styles with sizes spread on a bell curve of what sells, so a first order covers the sizes customers actually ask for. Reorder individual styles as sizes sell down.
Metals
What is gold filled?
14K gold filled is a federally regulated amount of 14K gold (5% by weight) bonded to a base metal, usually brass. It is the next best thing to solid 14K gold: no nickel, considered hypoallergenic, and with normal wear it lasts two to four years on average, far longer than plating.
What is sterling silver?
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The copper hardens the metal, since pure silver is too soft for jewelry. Sterling silver is the standard for fine silver jewelry and, like gold filled, is considered hypoallergenic.
What is gold vermeil?
Vermeil is sterling silver with a gold finish. Our gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil anklets are sterling silver chain underneath, so they carry the same hypoallergenic base as our sterling line.
Sizing
What is the difference between fitted and adjustable toe rings?
Fitted toe rings are closed bands made in exact sizes, 1 to 6.5 in half sizes, for full-time wear. Adjustable toe rings have an open band that adjusts gently, and come in four size ranges (small through X-large) so a small stock covers most customers. Big toe rings are our regular styles sized 13 to 18.
How do I size customers?
A pack of ring sizers (100 per pack) lets you size at the counter or mail a sizer to online customers. Thumb rings run 7 to 12; anklets are offered in lengths from 7 to 11 inches and can be worn as bracelets.
Exchanges and problems
What is your exchange and return policy?
We allow exchanges for 7 days with a 15% restocking fee or $20, whichever is greater. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn and in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, email chapman@chapmanjewelry.com with your order number and the items you would like to exchange. Exchanges go to: Toe Ring Wholesale, 40108 Highway 49, Suite C, PMB 415, Oakhurst, CA 93644. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered so we can make it right. Defects and damage must be reported within 7 days.
